Coming back home
...Flying from New York to Paris .
the end of a long vacation, and everything was so clear!
When I left Italy, what now seems like ages ago, my life was bitterly uncertain. All my plans seemed to have collapsed under the unsuspected turn of events which I must admit, took me by surprise! In retrospect, it wasn’t so much the outcome (although, that bit of irony was not on my radar screen), but who had caused it...the real wounds...the deepest cuts...blood from my blood!
